I can only apologise for the further silence. Last month we welcomed our second daughter to the world and I seemed to have overlooked how much time you lose staring at their little heads.

But this weekend is a long weekend, which means our children will entertain themselves and allow me many, many hours to sit back, glass of wine in one hand, quill in the other, to bust out some serious content.
